State
Headquarters of Kerala State Bharat Scouts and Guides has published and
uploaded the list of Rajyapuraskar Qualified Candidates, after updating corrections
in “Name of the Candidate and Name of Father” as per the correction
request received to CITES by post or during record verification by
ASOCs. In case of any further corrections required in the “Name of the
Candidate or Name of Father”, please contact your CITES Regional
Coordinators through your Dist. Secretary / District IT Councillor. Last
date to receive corrections to SHQ (through CITES Regional Coordinators
only) are restricted to 12th October 2015.
So Please bring the corrections in the given format to DHQ on 10/10/2015 (at LFUPS Mananthavady)

കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഭാരത് സ്കൗട്ട്സ് & ഗൈഡ്സ് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന One Rupee One Week പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ സമാഹരിക്കുന്ന സഹായനിധി 2015 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 3 മുതല്‍ 14 വരെ കാസര്‍ഗോഡു മുതല്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വരെ നടക്കുന്ന സാന്ത്വന സന്ദേശ യാത്രയില്‍ വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകയാണ്.വയനാട് ജില്ലയില്‍ സാന്ത്വന സന്ദേശ യാത്ര എത്തിച്ചേരുന്നത് 2015 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 4 ന് 9.30 ന് ആണ്. അന്ന് മാനന്തവാടിയില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന യോഗത്തില്‍ വെച്ച് വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ നിര്‍ദ്ദനരും രോഗികളുമായ 15 ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് 5000 രൂപവീതം ധനസഹായം നല്കുന്നു.അതിനു മുന്നോടിയായി ജില്ലയിലെ സ്കൗട്ട്സ് & ഗൈഡ്സ് യൂണിറ്റുകള്‍ സമാഹരിച്ച സഹായനിധി ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി ജില്ലാ ഭാരവാഹികള്‍ 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 30 ന് എല്ലാ വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലും എത്തിച്ചേരുന്നതാണ്.എല്ലാ യൂണിറ്റുകളും പരമാവധി തുക സമാഹരിക്കണമെന്ന് അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്നു. 5000 രൂപയെങ്കിലും സമാഹരിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാലയത്തിന് സ്വന്തം വിദ്യാലയത്തില്‍ സഹായം ആവശ്യമായ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അവരുടെ പേരുകള്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Unit Registration with OGMS
Kerala
State Bharat Scouts and Guides is launching the OGMS Beta Version with
Select 32 for the registration of unit leaders and for attachment of
Scout/Guide UIDs to the registered unit from the data pool The last date
for unit registration is restricted to 30th July 2015.
Please find the links to circular and Runbook for Unit Registration using OGMS below. Runbook
contains all the details of filling OGMS. This needs to be done
individually by the Unit Leaders, as the details are personal and hence
confidential. In

Camp Fees 250 + 50 for District Expenses. Report at the camp at 9.00 AM on 20-5-2015.
Rajyapuraskar Records are signed by DOC and DC. You can collect the records from DHQ. SMs can call Ranjith to know whether DHQ is opened or not.

Rajyapuraskar Award Test -2015
Applications
are invited for the Rajyapuraskar Award Test for the year 2015 through
online applications system. Applications can be submitted online from 29th April 2015, Wednesday (Postponed) through
this website. Last date for online application is 5th May 2015. Print
out of the submitted application must be send to SHQ along with the
photocopy of relevant certificates and DD of registration fee. Please

Council
for IT Enabled Service (CITES) has decided to make further corrections
in the Scout/Guide data uploaded in KSBSG-UID Portal. Circular with
instructions for making necessary corrections in the Scout / Guide UID
Data can be downloaded from the below link. Scouts/Guides/Unit Leaders
can download the UID correction form along with the circular and submit
necessary corrections to Team CITES from 19/03/2015 (Friday) by post.

Record Verification- Rajyapuraskar Test 2015
The record verification of eligible Scouts/Guides for Rajyapuraskar Test for the year 2015 will be held from 10th
February 2015. All Scouts/Guides should produce two copies of Record
Verification Sheet along with the Original Certificate of Tritiya Sopan
during Record Verification. Record Verification Sheet can be downloaded

DS Record Verification will begin on 2015 February first week. Individual Progress Log, Activity Log, Good Turn Diary Pravesh and Good Turn Diary Pratham Sopan will be verified. Records of both Pravesh and Pratham Sopan must be ready. Better to include students of standard 7 & 8 who participated DS camps.

2014 Pravesh UID Registration – Second Chance!
As
per the continuous requests from Units/Districts, the State
Headquarters have decided to extend the dates of Pravesh UID Enrolment,
starting 7th January 2015 (Wednesday) till 11th January 2015 (Sunday). This enrolment is only for Scouts/Guides who have enrolled as Pravesh this
year (2014-2015). Unit Leaders can register for Scouts/Guides in their
unit for UID using the CITES Portal attached to this website. The last date for filing applications online is restricted till 11th January, 2015. More details are available on the below links.
