The State Camporee for the year 2013 will be held from 2013 December 26^th to 30^th at Agricultural College Campus Mannuthi, Thrissur. a) Separate competition for High Schools and UP Schools.
b) No separate competition for Scouts and Guides.
c) Prizes for first and second will be distributed.
d) UP Schools attached to High Schools will be considered as High Schools.
e) Points will be 5,3,1 for first, second and third respectively.

    ഭാരത് സ്കൗട്ടസ് & ഗൈഡ്സിന്റെ അംഗങ്ങളായ ഞങ്ങള്‍ 22 പേര്‍ വയനാട്ടില്‍ നിന്ന് സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 18ന് കാശ്മീരിലേയ്ക്ക് യാത്ര തിരിച്ചു. ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരിലെ ബാരാമുള്ള ജില്ലയിലെ ഉറി താലൂക്കിലെ ബോണിയാര്‍ ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 24 മുതല്‍ 30 വരെ നടക്കുന്ന നാഷണല്‍ ഇന്റഗ്രേഷന്‍ ക്യാമ്പില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാനാണ് പോയത്. കേരളത്തെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ സ്കൂളുകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള എട്ട് സ്കൗട്ടുകളും എട്ട് ഗൈഡുകളും മൂന്ന് സ്കൗട്ട് അധ്യാപകരും മൂന്ന് ഗൈഡ് അധ്യാപികമാരും ആണ് യാത്രാസംഘത്തില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.

         2010 ഡിസംബര്‍ 18 - ന് ആരംഭിച്ച നമ്മുടെ ബ്ലോഗ് ഇരുപതിനായിരം പേര്‍ സന്ദര്‍ശിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞ വാര്‍ത്ത സന്തോഷത്തോടെ അറിയിക്കട്ടെ. കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍, ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് സാധ്യതകള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ സ്കൗട്ട് ഗൈഡ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ സുഗമമാക്കുവാന്‍ ഈ ബ്ലോഗ്  നമ്മെ വളരെയധികം സഹായിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഓരോ ദിവസവും ശരാശരി ഇരുപതു പേര്‍ നമ്മുടെ ബ്ലോഗ് സന്ദര്‍ശിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സഹകരിച്ച എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും ഒരായിരം നന്ദി. തുടര്‍ന്നും എല്ലാവരുടേയും സഹകരണം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

TS List

  As all the upcoming Saturdays are declared working days, the TS Record verification will only be held after First Term Examinations. All the Scout Masters and Guide Captains are requested to check the record books of the Scouts & Guides correctly and prepare a list of those who have completed the records.Please send their names to the DHQ before 30/8/2013 along with Rs.25 per head as registration fees.

Rashtrapathi Award Testing Camp-2013 (2012 Remaining)

     The Schedule of Rashtrapathi Award Testing Camp for the year 2013 has announced by the National Headquarters of Bharat Scouts & Guides. Testing camp for Guide wing in Kerala will be held as five camps at State Training Centre Palode, Trivandrum from 15^th Sept 2013. The Testing Camp for Scout Wing will be held as two camps at Regional Training Centre Naduvathur, Kozhikode from 27 August 2013. The eligible Scouts /Guides are directed to attend the camp at right time as specified in the circulars and list of eligible candidate given below.

Recommendation for State Level Award

Scouters & Guiders Seminar

             Wayanad District Scouters & Guiders Seminar will be conducted on 12/7/2013 (Friday) at DHQ Mananthavady from 10 AM onwards. All the Scouters and Guiders are requested to participate. Arrangements are made to receive IMF, IRF etc. Equipments  will also be available before and after the Seminar.

Utharaghand Flood Relief Fund

     The State Association of Kerala State Bharat Scouts & Guides has decided to conduct a mass campaign to collect relief funds to help the flood affected people in Utharakhand. The unprecedented flood in the State has already taken a heavy toll of life and property. In this national calamity every help should be extended to the affected people. As the part of the campaign July 3/4 will be treated as the Utharakhand Flood Relief Collection day.

     Scouts and Guides of Your School are requested to collect relief fund from the students, teachers, shops and other people of your locality. The Collected funds from the units will be handed over to the district officials on 5-7-2013.

    The collected relief fund will be handed over to the Chief Minister of Kerala for depositing to the Flood Relief fund of Utharakhand State Government.

      National Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts & Guides has invited the application for Prime Ministers Shield Competition and Uparashtrapathi Award for the year 2013-14 from the qualified Scout/Guide, Rover/Ranger units. The last date of the receipt of applications in the SHQ is 31-3-2013. So Applications should reach DHQ on or before 20-3-2013. The delayed applications will not be considered at any circumstances. Registration fees Rs. 10/-
