Second Phase of OGMS (Online Group Management System) is open from 10/03/2016 (Thursday) 03:00 AM. All Unit Leaders (Including Cub, Scout and Rover) are requested to continue completing registration of their respective units and Scout Masters / Guide Captains are requested to select the Scouts/Guides of your respective unit compulsorily after unit registration (Max 32 Scouts / Guides). As per APRO, there shall be a maximum of 32 Scouts/Guides in a unit and this includes all the Scouts/Guides in a unit - including those who are appearing for Rajyapuraskar / Rashtrapati Tests. Also, only those Scouts/Guides who are selected into a unit in OGMS Phase II (32 Selection) can apply for Rajyapuraskar Online Registration 2016.
