Scouts & Guides has invited the application for Prime Ministers
Shield Competition and Uparashtrapathi Award for the year 2013-14 from
the qualified Scout/Guide, Rover/Ranger units. The last date of the
receipt of applications in the SHQ is 31-3-2013. So Applications should reach DHQ on or before 20-3-2013. The delayed
applications will not be considered at any circumstances. Registration fees Rs. 10/-
