Record Verification- Rajyapuraskar Test 2015
The record verification of eligible Scouts/Guides for Rajyapuraskar Test for the year 2015 will be held from 10th
February 2015. All Scouts/Guides should produce two copies of Record
Verification Sheet along with the Original Certificate of Tritiya Sopan
during Record Verification. Record Verification Sheet can be downloaded
from UID Portal. The Date of record verification for Wayanad District will be announced soon. See below links for detailed circular for more

applications for Prime ministers shield Competition and Uparashtrapati
Award Competition for the year 2014-15. The last date of the receipt of
the application is 2015 March 10th at DHQ Mananthavady.

DS Record Verification
DS Record Verification will begin on 2015 February first week. Individual Progress Log, Activity Log, Good Turn Diary Pravesh and Good Turn Diary Pratham Sopan will be verified. Records of both Pravesh and Pratham Sopan must be ready. Better to include students of standard 7 & 8 who participated DS camps.
